These Terms of Service govern the services offered through Kneclabs.com (the "Site"), the terms of use, and the parties' responsibilities. By using the Site or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Services
Kneclabs offers the following services through the Site (services can be customized to your business model):

The scope and features of the Services may change over time. Changes may be announced on the Site or implemented without notice.
3. Access to Services

4. Terms of Use of the Services
The User may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Abuse of the Services (e.g., overloading, spamming) is prohibited.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise stated).
5. Pricing (If Applicable)
Some of the Services may be subject to a fee. Fees are clearly stated on the Site and payment terms are regulated in the Distance Selling Agreement.
In case of changes in paid services, the User will be informed.
6. Duration of Service Provision and Interruptions
Kneclabs aims to provide services without interruption, but interruptions may occur due to technical malfunctions, maintenance work or force majeure.
If possible, the User will be notified in advance about any interruptions.
7. Service Warranty and Liability
Kneclabs does not guarantee that the services will be of a particular quality or uninterrupted.
kneclabs is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services (except legal limits).
Kneclabs cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g. payment providers).
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation or refund of services is subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The User is responsible for reviewing this policy.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected during the Services are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The User accepts this policy.
10. Modification or Termination of Services
Kneclabs reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the services at any time.
In case of termination of services, amounts paid for paid services will be refunded on a pro rata basis (unless otherwise agreed).
11. Force Majeure
In case of failure to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disaster, war, strike, Kneclabs cannot be held responsible and the User will be informed.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
13. Changes
Changes to these Terms of Service will become effective upon publication on the Site. It is the User's responsibility to monitor these updates.
