Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kneclabs and users who create a membership account on kneclabs.com ("Site") ("Member"). By becoming a member of the Site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement. Please read the text carefully.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the conditions for the Member to register to the Site, the rights and obligations arising from membership, the terms of use of the services offered by the Site, and the principles regarding the termination of membership.
3. Membership Conditions
Membership can be created by individuals who are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity.
The Member is responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information during registration.
Each Member may only create one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
Membership is free (unless stated otherwise).
4. Member's Rights and Obligations
Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any unauthorized use of their account must be reported immediately to info@kneclabs.com .
Terms of Use: Members cannot use the Site for illegal purposes, violate the rights of third parties, or take actions that may harm the operation of the Site.
Information Update: If there is a change in the member's contact information, he/she must update the information through his/her account.
5. Rights and Obligations of Kneclabs
Kneclabs provides services to the Member through the Site [for example: “e-commerce, content access, special campaigns”].
Kneclabs may temporarily suspend services due to technical issues or maintenance.
Kneclabs processes and protects Member's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, logos, etc.) belongs to Kneclabs or the respective rights holders. Members may not copy, distribute, or use these contents for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Membership Term and Termination
Termination by Member: The Member may terminate their membership at any time by notifying info@kneclabs.com . After the membership is terminated, account data will be deleted (excluding legal retention periods).
Termination by Kneclabs: Kneclabs may suspend or terminate a Member's account in the following cases:
Behaviors contrary to the contract,
Use of fake information,
Damage to the Site.
In case of termination, the Member is obliged to complete any ongoing transactions, if any.
8. Privacy
Member's personal data is processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy. Members hereby declare that they accept this policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kneclabs does not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Kneclabs is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the Member's use of the Site (except legal limits).
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
11. Changes
Changes to this Agreement will become effective upon publication on the Site. Members are responsible for monitoring these updates.
