The products you order will be shipped with their special boxes and protective packaging on August 30, 2025 (the date may change as production will start after the order is placed).
After your order, you will be informed step by step about all production and shipping processes via e-mail.

Cargo Company:
Safe delivery with a contracted cargo company for domestic shipments.
The product is insured during shipment.

GUARANTEE

All of our KNEC® branded products are under warranty for 6 months against manufacturing defects.
We offer a one-to-one replacement guarantee for production-related problems such as zippers, stitching, and internal compartments.

Excluded from Warranty:

  • Damages resulting from user error

  • External impacts such as dropping, puncture, cutting

RETURN POLICY

You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  • You can submit your return request via info@kneclabs.com.

  • Shipping costs are covered by us for the first order and by the buyer for the return shipment.

  • Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded via the same method within 7 business days at the latest.

Note: Since pre-ordered products are produced in limited quantities, post-delivery exchange or return requests are only valid for situations covered by warranty.

Renk Yönetimi: Stüdyo çekimleri D65 ışık, sRGB renk uzayı ve ΔE*ab ≤ 2.0 hedefiyle kalibre edilmiştir. Kullanıcı ekran ayarları ve çevresel ışık algıyı etkileyebilir.

 

Varyasyon Toleransı: Doğal yapı gereği ton farkı ±%5–10, ölçek/desen simetrisi ±%10 aralığında değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu farklılıklar ürünün benzersizliğinin parçasıdır ve kusur olarak değerlendirilmez.

 

Yüzey/Finisaj: El uygulamalı finisajlarda mikron düzeyinde film kalınlığı farkları görülebilir; numune ile nihai ürün arasında gloss (60°) ±2–3 GU sapması kabul edilebilir aralıktadır.

 

Lot Bilgisi: Her parça LOT ID / Batch No. ile arşivlenir. Ürün sayfasında belirtilen görseller ilgili renk ailesini temsil eder; teslim edilen parça LOT özelliklerine göre tekil desen/ton sunar.

 

Ön İzleme Opsiyonu: Talep halinde, üretime geçmeden önce mevcut lottan gerçek deri örnek kolajı paylaşılabilir (yanıt süresi 24 saat). Yanıt verilmemesi durumunda atölye, standart simetri ve ton dengelemesiyle ilerler.
