• Special Inspection: Return requests are only accepted if the purchased product is unused, undamaged and returned with all original packaging (special box, dust bag, certificates, authenticity plate and accessories).

• Duration: Application must be made to our concierge team within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Concierge Process: Returns are handled through the KNEC Concierge Delivery team, not through regular courier. This service ensures your bag returns to our brand with the same care it received.

• Certificate Assurance: Returns are accepted for products with Blockchain/NFC authentication; products with canceled authentication are not eligible for return.

• Post-Return: Approved returns are securely credited to the original payment method.
