KNEC®'s premium bag will be delivered to its owners after a meticulous production process.
Deliveries will begin on October 25, 2025.
Each delivery is planned as a privileged experience that reflects the standards of our brand: All shipments will be secured with insured cargo.
Your bag will be delivered with a numbered box, a dust bag with seed capsules, and special warranty documents.
Each piece will be verifiable with a digital certificate with a QR code and will be registered in the KNEC digital system.
You'll be notified of every stage of the delivery process, allowing for transparent tracking. At KNEC, delivery isn't just a matter of logistics; it's an integral part of the luxury experience.

GUARANTEE
Each KNEC® bag is produced in limited numbers, numbered, and certified. All products can be verified with a digital warranty certificate with a QR code. The certificate is permanently protected through a registration system.
Each bag is under KNEC warranty for 5 years from the date of production.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware (metal parts), stitching, and structural strength. Deformations resulting from use or damage caused by external factors are not covered by the warranty; however, KNEC Atelier offers specialized maintenance and repair services.
For KNEC, a warranty is not just a guarantee; it is proof that luxury is long-lasting.

RETURN POLICY
Each piece produced at the KNEC Laboratory is made in limited numbers . Therefore, our products are designed to reach only select owners.
The right to return is only valid if the product received is damaged, missing or has a manufacturing defect.
In such cases, the product must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging with all its accessories.
The KNEC team will inspect the product upon receipt and a full refund will be issued for approved returns.
Deformations due to use, personal damage or situations arising from storage under non-standard conditions are not included in the return scope.
Due to our limited production, arbitrary returns are not accepted.
